I've played the game about 6 - 8 hours a day since release, so I don't know about "fast".... lol. I can't wait for the DLC when the public can get the ninja helmet in the 1st & 3rd screens, although we won't get the flames.
Well, I love HALO 3. I liked the campaign much more than Halo 2 & the multiplayer is unreal. I think the THEATER is innovative. Check out these screens:

I guess u could put it on "easy" & skip every cutscene & get it under 9 hours... but that's not how I play games. LEGENDARY will take you at least 12 hours minimum. But then their are Skulls to find & Metagames to beat.... HALO 3's "singleplayer" is easily over 20 hours for real gamers. And frankly, the Multiplayer is UNLIMITED. I loved Bioshock, but HALO 3'...
